Families Flourishing
from the inside out

About

I can help your family to thrive

When parents feel confident and in control, they can better enjoy parenting and have meaningful relationships with their children. I support all family members and my goal is to help each find personal growth, discover new ways to relate to one another, and help families flourish from the inside out.

As a coach and a background in education, I specialize in supporting children and youth through transitions, enhancing executive function skills, and fostering inclusive environments.

No matter where you are in your parenting journey, we can navigate the steps together.

Empowerment and Advocacy

At Families Flourishing, I support unique learners and their families through compassionate coaching, thoughtful advocacy, and strength-based planning.

Whether you're navigating school systems, executive function challenges, or big life transitions, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, calm, and confidence. My work centers the whole family—because when everyone feels supported, kids can truly thrive.

We reached out to Sarah after having receiving results of our 14 & 16 year-old sons’ psycho-educational assessments; one has been diagnosed with two Learning Disabilities, and the other with ADHD.

We were frankly overwhelmed by where to turn next, what the boys’ rights were, and how to actually interpret the assessments.  Sarah addressed all three areas, providing sensitive yet direct advice that was detailed but uncomplicated.
